I'm needing to blow my own horn! I have lost 28 lbs as of today! Whoo Hoo! That is the most weight I have ever lost. I will admit that I never had trouble with weight until I had my children and then life jumped up and kicked me in the . I put on a lot during that time. I feel so much stronger now. I am just so excited and proud of myself. I'm much closer to my goal weight. Yah baby!

Dana I was just watching the Magic Bus for Fridays discussion...I love this one! I think you should call your car The Vigilant or TWU for Total Weapons Unit! If it works for an RV, I think it could work for you....Or maybe Blue Leader.

Thanks for the congrats guys. I do feel very good about myself. And Dana I most definitely started slow and worked up. I go to the gym usually about 5 days a week. I spend about 20 minute weight training alternating muscle groups each day and then I move to cardio. I try to do as much cardio as possible but 30 minutes in the minimum. Once I got myself in a pattern of actually getting to the gym consistently, I started counting calories, cut out pop and white bread. I try to stay under 1000 calories a day right now. I eat a lot of Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine. It helps me with portion control as well. I am an emotional eater and yes my divorce was very stressful. My ex's mental health issues leading up to the divorce and having small babies in the house made for a very tense situation. So I found comfort in chocolate and other candy. And my body ended up paying the price but NO MORE! Whoo Hoo! I am on a mission!
